Thank you for coming 🙏🏻 Hey everyone, Just wanted to say thank you to those of you who came out for the Maori Healing this past weekend. I hope you're finding your way with all the deep work you’ve experienced. It’s important for you to keep allowing it to continue to move through you, rather than getting anxious, worried and resisting it. Resisting that energetic & emotional work is only going to jam the energy in all the places of your body that we worked to set free - so don’t do it. It’s normal to feel sore, fatigued, get sick and have all kinds of emotions surfacing. All those things should be embraced and empowered as being part of the healing. As my late great teacher, Manu, and myself used to talk about, when discussing the work and some particularly difficult sessions; it doesn’t matter who your healer is, it could be Jesus Christ himself, if someone doesn’t want to allow the healing, there’s not a thing we can do about it. You control the healing you receive. The bodywork is a deep facilitation that helps remove the barriers in order for the healing to occur more optimally, but it’s not the healing itself. The healing is in us at all times, and it’s up to us to allow it to move through us. Take good care of yourself, and if you have any questions or are needing more work, I'm here based in Los Angeles and of course, I'll keep you in the loop as to when the Maori will be back. "I worked with Harold consistently for over 3 years at a time in my life when I needed to be aware and vulnerable so that I can handle my greatest challenge. At the time, I was going through a divorce and I was filled with emotions ranging from rage, sorrow, disappointment, and shame. Harold helped me navigate these emotions by understanding that feelings are what they are, and that doing the right thing is what counts. Although the work was not easy for me, I found that the more I allowed myself to be helped, the more he helped me. Many of the things I learned during that period became permanent changes in my character and the way that I think and choose to handle delicate situations. Without his help, I believe I would be in a different place in my life right now. Dive in with an open heart, stay accountable and focused in your objectives, you will bring forth abundance."
