Are there aspects of your health or body that you resist, hate, or rage against?

Does being this way continue to serve you/your body?

If it doesn’t, what’s the benefit of continuing to hold onto being this way?

Questions to consider:

If you had an actual relationship with your health & body, how would you describe that relationship?

Are there any adjustments you could make, in the way you’re being with it?

It’s not about, “well, if my health or body wouldn’t be like X, then I would feel better toward it.”

This mindset doesn’t work with our health or body, nor does it work that way in a relationship.

In order for our body & health to change, we must seek to transform our relationship with it.
